Overview
Daisy is a national smart space installation and services company that simplifies smart home and office technology to make it work optimally, solving one of the biggest in-home problems today and bringing more joy into the lives of our clients. We are seeking an AV Service Technician to solve and troubleshoot audio, visual, controls, and security equipment in residential and commercial locations. Our Lead Technicians regularly interact with clients while representing the Daisy brand and develop trusted relationships, helping to enhance their lives through technology.
The Opportunity
Our Sarasota Office is for a full time Bookkeeper to provide Payroll and/or Bookkeeper duties. A professional demeanor, strong QuickBooks skills and excellent payroll and bookkeeping skills are required.
- Monday - Friday; 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Overtime may be required from time to time to support business needs
- Receive and allocate inventory
- Record vendor invoices and schedule payment
- Create customer invoices and collect payment
- Reconcile credit card accounts
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Reconcile AP and AR
- Process payroll
- Process expense report
- Prepare income statements
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Previous experience with business finance
- At least three years’ experience in AP, AR, inventory management, account reconciliation, income statement and balance sheet generation, and other bookkeeping functions
- Expert level experience with Quickbooks
- Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Prepare spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
- Strong organization skills and verbal/written communications required
