Project Management
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects related to systems onboarding and user training.
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during the onboarding of new systems (CRM, FSM, LMS, ERP).
- Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness to identify potential risks and resistance points.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive change management plans, including communication and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs to ensure users are proficient in utilizing new systems (CRM, LMS, ERP).
- Develop training materials, manuals, and resources to support onboarding processes.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for diverse groups of users.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve training programs based on user feedback and emerging best practices.
- Work closely with Technology, HR, and departmental leaders to align change management and training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and end-users to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Engage with external vendors and consultants to coordinate training and support services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in change management, training, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful system implementations (CRM, LMS, ERP) within a large organization.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
