- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and internal data insights.
- Lead financial due diligence for Daisy and other franchisee transactions
- Conduct root cause analysis on underperforming areas of the business (pricing, operations, sales effectiveness, etc.).
- Act as an internal consultant to business units, recommending improvements in financial performance, cost management, or operational effectiveness.
- Build complex Excel models to forecast revenue, costs, unit economics, and ROI.
- Use scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs and risks under different strategies.
- Evaluate new business initiatives (e.g., launching in a new market, new product lines) through DCF, NPV, IRR, and other methodologies.
- Partner with executives and teams across product and operations to align financial plans with technical constraints and business goals.
- Help drive annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, aligning them with long-term goals.
- Advanced Excel experience (nested formulas, macros, pivot tables, sensitivity tables, etc.)
- This is a hybrid role at the intersection of strategic finance and M&A. You’ll drive financial analysis that supports both day-to-day business decisions and long-term growth through acquisitions, integration support, partnerships, and other corporate development efforts.
- Engineering or other quantitative STEM degrees, with a strong interest in business.
- MUST have experience in mergers & acquisitions.
- Flexibility is key — we need someone who can wear multiple hats and pivot quickly as business needs change.
- Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategic finance function at a high-growth company.
- Naturally curious and analytical—enjoys digging into data and asking "why?"
- Confident in ambiguous environments; ability to turn unstructured problems into structured solutions.
- Excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders and explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Monday - Friday remote workplace with up to 20% travel to various job sites and branches.
- $140,000 – $150,000 depending on experience and skillset
