About Daisy Ocala & The Villages
At Daisy, we’re pioneering the future of smart spaces—making homes more connected, comfortable, and joyful through technology. As the first national smart space installation and services company, Daisy Ocala & The Villages is expanding in Central Florida and seeking a self-driven, commission-based Sales Hunter to help drive our local growth. This role reports directly to the Business Development Manager and focuses on generating new business, following up with prospects, and closing deals across The Villages and greater Ocala area.

Why You’ll Love This Role
You’ll play a critical role in building Daisy’s presence across North Central Florida. You’ll hunt for new opportunities, build relationships with homeowners, builders, and designers, and turn interest into signed contracts. Your success directly drives your earnings.

What You'll Be Doing
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Attend trade shows, chamber events, and networking functions to generate leads
• Develop customized quotes and proposals tailored to each client
• Build relationships with builders, designers, and contractors for referral partnerships
• Maintain consistent communication from first touch through post-installation follow-up
• Stay up to date on new products and trends in smart home technology

What You Bring to the Team
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hunter mentality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain smart home systems (networking, AV, security, lighting) in everyday terms
• Comfort with in-home sales and on-site consultations
• Ability to build trust quickly and close deals with confidence
• Organized, self-motivated, and hungry to succeed

Work Environment & Expectations
This is a field-based role centered around the Ocala and The Villages market. You’ll work out of our Ocala office and in customer homes and job sites throughout the region. Expect regular networking, in-person consultations, and local travel.
