- Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, ensuring optimal targeting and ROI.

- Maintain campaign calendars, manage creative assets, and ensure timely execution.
- Analyze traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards, delivering insights that inform strategy and scale.
- Manage tracking of marketing branch spend and results
- Assist with content creation, event coordination, and brand development.
- Stay current with industry trends and luxury market dynamics to inform creative direction.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where priorities shift and innovation is constant.
- Take initiative, wear multiple hats, and contribute to building scalable marketing processes from the ground up.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, IT, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
- 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on CRM experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics platforms, and marketing dashboards.
- Strong understanding of email marketing and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with direct mail, SEO, and PPC campaign management.
- Familiarity with marketing operations, campaign tracking, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a lean team.
