- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the vision for Daisy’s quarterly home technology service, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and company goals.
- Operational Rollout: Plan and execute service rollouts across multiple branches and regions, collaborating with operations teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Customer Experience: Develop tools and initiatives to understand and enhance customer satisfaction, including surveys, feedback loops, and performance analytics.
- App Development: Lead the design and launch of a customer-facing app to facilitate communication between clients and technology teams, allowing customers to share feedback, request services, and explore new home technology offerings.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate a remote, cross-functional team across the country, including operations, sales, marketing, and technical support.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data to identify trends, measure service effectiveness, and inform decisions on product enhancements.
- Marketing & Engagement: Develop creative strategies to excite and engage customers about the service, including personalized communications, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Sales Integration: Collaborate with sales teams to identify and present new home technology opportunities to clients.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong background in operations management, preferably with experience in multi-location service rollouts.
- Experience in marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with smart home technology or related consumer technology products is a plus.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling products or services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovate to meet customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience developing customer-facing digital products (e.g., mobile apps).
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
