We’re turning the old “install and disappear” model on its head — replacing it with quarterly, proactive tech visits that keep systems humming, clients happy, and revenue recurring.
- Set the roadmap for DaisyCare — from pricing and positioning to go-to-market.
- Define success: KPIs across satisfaction, retention, margins, and growth.
- Evolve a working pilot into a scalable, repeatable service model.
- Test, refine, and expand — in some markets you’ll scale; in others, launch from scratch.
- Own full P&L: revenue, margins, customer LTV, and unit economics.
- Use data to forecast, optimize, and guide decisions across pricing, ops, and marketing.
- Rally a national team across ops, tech, marketing, sales, and field service.
- Align Daisy HQ, franchisees, and tech teams around this category.
- Build tools, features, and processes that elevate customer experience.
- Use feedback, analytics, and NPS to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing to craft offers, campaigns, and engagement tactics.
- Equip sales with positioning, training, and tools to drive adoption.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you’ve built or scaled something before, ideally with real-world operations
- 5–10+ years in general management, category ownership, or service operations
- Strong P&L fluency — you’ve owned revenue, margin, and customer success simultaneously
- Experience in subscription services, field ops, or recurring B2C models
- Customer-first instincts — you build with empathy and iterate with feedback
- Proven ability to navigate cross-functional environments and lead with influence
- Strong with data, storytelling, and strategic execution
- Bonus: experience in smart home, consumer tech, or home services
